How to Get Your Girlfriend Back: 3 Tips to Get You On Track
August 29th, 2009
Have you recently broken up with your girlfriend? Are you tired of the pain and agony of being away from her? Are you tired of always thinking about how to get your girlfriend back, but not knowing how to go about it? These three tips will put you on the right track…
1. Take a break from her for a while
When you are trying to figure out how to get your girlfriend back, a common way to react is to contact her repeatedly and plead with her to come back to you. This will not work. Instead, you need to do the reverse.
For the time being (about a month or so), limit contact with her. Only call her once a week at the most. If you do call her, make it a very casual conversation and don’t talk for too long. Try to let her be the one to contact you.
2. Focus on improving yourself
While you’ve been thinking about how to get your girlfriend back, you have most likely neglected your own self to some degree. Make use of this time apart from her to limit the amount of time you spend thinking about her and think about some ways to better yourself.
Eat healthier. Get back to regular physical exercise. Have some fun with friends. Do some things to help people less fortunate than you. Whatever you have to do to direct your mind away from her and make yourself better, go out and do it.
3. Make sure to stay on good terms with her friends
While improving yourself, you will no doubt still be thinking about how to get your girlfriend back. That’s ok. It’s natural to continue to have these thoughts. What you need to do while thinking about her is, instead of contacting her, contact her friends.
Contact her friends regularly and stay on good terms with them. If you talk with them casually and ask about your girlfriend with a tone of really caring about her well-being, you will gain a gold mine of information from them. This info will give you a much better idea of how to get your girlfriend back and when the time might be right to re-unite with her.

How Do I Get Pregnant? - 3 Ways To Increase Your Chances Of Conception By As Much As 50%
August 29th, 2009
How Do I get pregnant? That may be the burning question you are asking right now if you have been trying to conceive for some time and nothing seems to be happening.
If both you and your partner have been certified medically okay and that there is nothing wrong with either of you physically then the ideas I share below could increase your chances of conceiving by as much as 50%.
1. Avoid Stress: There is an increasing link between fertility and stress. In a recent study, women exposed to “laughter therapy” actually had greater pregnancy rates than those who did not participate in the therapy
It seems the happier and more relaxed you are, the higher the chances of you conceiving. Best of all it does not take much. Just 15 minutes a day watching a comedy program you enjoy is all you need.Of course the more time you spend the better.
Another answer to the question ” How Do I Get Pregnant?” is for you to try meditation and take relaxation classes. They have been shown to work for many other ailments, infertility is no exception.
2. Say no to any form of lubrication: One big factor that can affect a woman’s fertility by as much as 50% is the use of store bought lubricants such as KY jelly and Vaseline. It turns out, they damage the sperm.
There is a natural alternative that will not do any damage to your other half’s sperm, and it is egg whites. Yes, you read that right real eggs. Just leave it out for a while, crack open, use the eggwhite in place of lubrication, and believe it or not egg whites are extremely sperm friendly.
3. Are you or your partner on any medication that may affect your ability to have children? Certain medications are known to affect fertility and you need to be aware of them so that you can look for alternatives that will not affect you or your partners fertility in any way.
Some of these medications include anabolic steroids, Cimetidine used in treating ulcers, Nitrofurantoin (used for UTI), anti-hypertensive drugs (specifically calcium channel blockers), aspirin, Colchicine used in treating gout, antidepressants and many others.
Have a chat with your medical practitioner and ask him to suggest alternatives that will not impair your ability to have children in any way
So the question you need to ask yourself is Am I on any medication? and if so, how is it likely to affect my fertility?
We have touched briefly on 3 things you could do that will hopefully answer that burning questions- How Do I Get Pregnant? and I wish you plenty of baby dust.

Defining Our Own Spiritual Presence
August 29th, 2009
The concept of the soul is richly described in the text of nearly every culture, present and past. Poets write of this mystical presence, the philosophical debate and discuss it. Does the soul exist, and if so is there any way to measure it?
In ancient texts the translation of spirit is breath. Reading back though many of the passages, this one change in translation can give new meaning those ancient teachings.
There is a practice is the shamanic world called soul retrieval. It is believed that in trauma the soul, or a portion of the soul, can become detached from the physical presence, perhaps as a means to protect the delicate being. This separation can lead to a feeling of detachment, sadness, and loss.
Why is it that a person turns toward exploring their own spiritual identity? Do we reach a plateau within the physical life? Does the spirit or soul hold the key to true happiness?
“The soul is thyself; for thou knoest that which is different from soul and is perishable. But what is the soul? asked the king. The sage answered: He who dwells in the body, who heeds the body, and at whose departing the body suffers whilst he does not suffer, for uncertainty (such as the bodys) is not his - that is the soul. He delights in his beauty, he is immortal, fearless, and himself Creator. (Passage from The Penny Cyclopaedia of the Society for the Diffusion of Useful Knowledge, pg 176).
It is inevitable that while the world changes we will still retain our belief of our own spiritual presence. Call it the soul, or the spirit, it is the immeasurable presence that gives us a feeling of completeness.

How To Talk With Women - How to Get Her Interested And Engaged
August 29th, 2009
I hope that you have never whistled at a girl or tried to gain her attention through a pickup line.
If you have you probably realize now that girls do not respond positively to these pathetic attempts to communicate with them. If you have not realized it and have gotten a positive response with this approach I suggest a visit to the doctor because you may be in need of some Penicillin.
During your actual conversation with a woman is when she will decide if you are a creep and mace you in the face or you are a cute guy and give you her phone number.
The best piece of advice I have been given on conversation is “You have to be interested in order to be interesting.” In other words you must take the initiative to get to know her, this is done by asking her questions.
There are two basic questions I suggest:
1. Where are you from?
2. What do you do for work/school?
This will get a response for example: “I am from here, born and raised”
You should respond with a follow up question such as: “Really, so all your family lives here also?”
The purpose for these specific questions is they will almost always elicit a response that will give you more information for follow up questions.
Another example if you use question #2 and she responds with: “I work in sales”
You could then follow up with “What sort of sales?” or “How long have you been doing it?” or even simple questions such as “do you like it?”
After you ask 2 or 3 follow up questions you should answer the questions you asked her, regardless of if she asks them of you or not. In other words after she told you where she was from, and how long she lived there, … you would respond with telling her where you are from and how long you have lived there.
By answering your own questions you overcome two large obstacles.
1. She does not feel like she is being interviewed
2. She feels like she is getting to know you because you are revealing information about yourself.
Last tip; Don’t say anything negative. Instead say good things and don’t talk bad about other people. A woman will form a negative opinion of you if you are complaining about something or bad mouthing someone the first time she meets you.
